Professor of Law and New Technologies at the University of Tartu (Estonia) and Researcher at the Chair of Artificial Intelligence and Democracy of the European University Institute (Italy). She coordinates the REDemocracIA initiative, dedicated to promoting interregional dialogue on the democratic governance of artificial intelligence in Latin America.
